Auction Plus - software for managing a service auction.
Auction Plus is a Windows™ PC application
for managing all aspects of a service auction. Using its forms you:
1) Enter each item to be sold along with donor information. Item categories
are LIVE AUCTION, SILENT AUCTION, and CASH/CARRY.
2) Print a catalog of items to be auctioned.
3) Enter each buyer as they arrive and automatically or manually assign him
or her a
bidding number (“paddle” number).
4) Enter each item sold during the auction and include the buyer’s “paddle”
number, and the amount to be paid.
5) Provide each buyer a list of what he/she bought and the total owed.
6) Record the buyer’s payment(s). Credit cards, checks, and/or cash may be
accepted. A receipt may be printed.
7) Print reports:
· Total sales
· Accounts Receivable
· List of check, cash, and credit card payments.
· Donor list showing which items sold, who bought them, and what was paid.
· Unsold items.
Auction Plus may be loaded on multiple, networked computers with
the data tables
residing on one computer. No extra charge.
The data table from which buyers and donors are selected may be preloaded
from a text file. This will save having to enter address and
telephone information for each donor or buyer.
Auction Plus may be purchased directly from Yaffey Software Development
for
$100. A demo is also available either via download (free - contact me), or on a CD ($5,
applicable towards the purchase price)

Stop the Acution
Plus program.
Unzip the file and place the reslulting files into the auction plus folder (c:\auctionplus).
